Saving Monitoring Intervals
I'm evaluating your product and so far really like it. One problem that I'm having though is that all my clients PCs are generating alerts whenever they are shutdown. To resolve this I go under "Configure" -> "Monitoring Intervals..." and then uncheck the Desktop item. But when I go back into this screen it's checked again. What might I be doing wrong.
