Cant delete application mapping
Hi, Seem to be having an issue where I cant delete appliocation mappings. I select the application and hit delete. The app tries for approx 2 mins then stops and refreshes and the applciation mapping is still there, any ideas?

Proxy Server Settings
Hi I am using Netflow 9 and I am trying to disable the proxy settings with out any luck. When I try to remove the proxy host name and port I get an error message that those fields cannot be empty. is there a different way to disable the proxy? thanks Ramzi

Deleting an old device
I recently added a new collector and I routed some routers to go to the new collector, and it shows up in there and works great. But there is still the old entry on the collector. How can I delete the old device on the other collector that I will no longer be using?

How is the dscp value for the qos assigned on the qos tap. there seem to be inconsistency between what is configured on the router and what is reported on the netwflow?

DNS resolution not working in Build 9000
I've recently updated to Build 9000 and have noticed that DNS resolution is no longer working. I'm running on Ubuntu 10.4. DNS resolution works on the machine the build is running on and I've not changed any default settings in the admin panel. When I click 'resolve DNS', it looks like it 'tries' to, but then just shows the IPs again. Anyone else seeing this problem?
Win 7 desktop gadget?
Is there a Windows 7 desktop gadget to monitor netflow with? We have netflow 7, but instead of a keeping a browser window open, I'd like a desktop gadget to see the flow on our border router.
Cannot start as service in Ubuntu 10.04 Server / Netflow Analyzer 9: wrapper: not found
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction: I've got Netflow Analyzer installed and working, when run from the command line. I'd like to get this running as a service. I've executed the linkAsService.sh and it's put a link in the /etc/init.d/ directory. However, running the /etc/init.d/netflowanalyzer start command results in a error: 'exec ./wrapper: not found' Same results if I hardcode the full path in the na_service script to point to the wrapper file and wrapper.conf file. Collector service fails
Hi all, I am running ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer Enterprise version 7.5.0. My collector service keeps failing on me. The collector server does not go down b/c i can still see the status of collector being up on my central server. Howerver no data is passed through nor can i connect to collector web client. When i log into my collector server to check it out the service is running however i cant get the WebClient to open up and it says the collector server is not running. So i restart the service
Schedule Reports some graphs blank
I have setup a monthly scheduled report to be mailed directly to key people. This was working fine for a few months. But the last two months some of the reports started arriving blank. Now if I view the report send, I can confirm it was send blank. However, If I pull the same data manually I can see it. Any ideas what I can look for?

Profil Reports not displaying application information
Hello, We build some profile reports in the way to be able to display application statistics for a group of application in previous FNA version. While upgrading to the last version and rebuilding the same reports, with same parameters we can not have the same display. Instead of Application names we got IP references. Question about adding devices to be monitored
I am currently evaluating and attempting to add a device to NetFlow Analyzer. I have a device that is sending flows to the machine running the Analyzer. Other software I have evaluated picked up on the device right away, but I noticed you could add one manually, so I tried that. However, it said it could only "find" a device via SNMP, which we currently do not have enabled for this device on the network. Is there an alternative way to get this device added? It is a Cisco 6500 switch.

Hello, I'd like to report an error in the device tip for configuring a Cisco ASA to export netflow data via command line. ASA device tip link The command "service-policy netflow-export-policy global" must be the final line at the end of configuration. Good Morning, i,ve tried to move the intallation to a differnt hardware, with different ip-adress,hostname and OS. The installation and upgrade from 7.2 to 7.5 an the migration from mysql4 to mysql5 seemed to be complete. NFA8 issue/doubt
My NFA8 (I'm currently evaluating the product) is running on CentOS 5.5 (x86_64) and has suddenly stopped. I've restarted it and it's working so far. Two doubts: 1) How can I troubleshoot this issue? 2) How netflow log files (serverout0.txt, serverout1.txt, etc..) are rotated? On what basis? Thanks!
