AS Collection
When I go to view AS Collection information (tab: Autonomous System View) the one hour period always shows "no as data to display for selected time period", if i select 'last 6 hours' from the pull down, i see the expected results. When I evaluated the software, the trial version would show the AS info for the 'last hour' selection. When we purchased the software i installed it onto a new machine. I've not seen the 1 hour AS data since. any idea what i might need to tweak to see this working
Help understanding traffic graphs
I have been assigned to take over monitoring our bandwidth. We have NetFlow Analyzer set up to monitor our edge routers. I am having a hard time understanding the traffic reports. In particular I want to monitor bandwidth utilization between one of our firewalls and a remote site. Al traffic is through an IPSEC tunnel. The far end is a 10Mb connection and my end is 200Mb. The IP group is set to include the IP address of the far end of the VPN tunnel. If I go to the IP Group -> Traffic -> Speed
Configuring NetFlow Analyser
Hello, Am a new NetFlow user with little to no experience about how to configure routers and ports etc to send bandwidth data to the central server. Would appreciate anyone with the experience to offer some advise on how i can set up all our routers to send usage information and to the NetFlow server and also be able to generate and/or send graphical usage diagrams. HTTP Status 500
I have installed NetFlow on my linux server under root and it looks like it is collecting successfully. I can log into the app using http://[IP]:8080 and when I click on the "One Min Graph" on the Interface View then there is a Java error shown below. Also when I click IfIndex# interface nothing is displayed. We are currently a OpManager customer and are looking to add NetFlow analyzer. We will be using a passive fiber tap to mirror our 4 Gig-E Internet uplinks into a couple of boxes running Linux, which will then run the open-source pmacct tool. No flows received in the last 10 mins
I have a Cisco 2800 series with three interfaces configured on it. The status of these interfaces are No flows received in the last 10 mins. Have tried re-configuring the interfaces, SNMP but the problem still persists.

We have a mysql db farm which runs on high end equipment, is highly redundant and all that good stuff.. It is company policy all databases be ran on this solution where possible. Is there a document which would touch on how a customer could do this? thanks, greg

Our company recently purchased Netflow and are trying to analyze Netflow data that is being exported to the NFA collector. By default, the Adtran samples every packet. When we view the data in 1 minute intervals, it appears to be way off. Do you have any recommended settings for Adtran so the data is accurately represented?

Hi, We need to install Net flow analyser into our environment. Currently we have Solarwinds Netflow Analyser. Please answer below queries:- 1. Please provide us detailed hardware / OS coniguration required for installation of manageengine netflow analyser. 2. If we will remove Solarwinds Netflow analyser and install manageengine netflow analyser then it will capture all interfaces automatically like Orion netflow analyser or it will require manual addition of each device/inteface to monitor traffic.
individual conversation graphs not working
Please see the attached screenshots. If I try to view a graph of an individual conversation, the graph doesn't show the lines for the data. Exporting to a pdf also doesn't show the actual line on the graph. The Main graph regarding all flows on an interfaces shows correctly, but when you drill down and find a user that is using a large amount of data, you can't generate a report on it.
NFA stopped working
I have been using NFA on this server for a few months now without any problems, but today I found that the web page no longer loads. The service is on and nothing has changed on the server (that I know of). What can be done to troubleshoot this?

Configuring multiple hosts behind NAT
Hi There, I'm trying to configure multiple hosts behind a single NAT'ed public IP to report into an external collector. I am however only seeing one of the three devices reporting in. I'm picking that NetFlow Analyzer may be detecting the same interface name, or something to that effect, as the three devices are behing a single NAT'ed public IP. How is the configuration of devices behind a NAT'ed IP recommended for NetFlow? Any help would be appreciated Cheers Frazer

I can seem to get the bandwidth data to calculate correct for my switch. I am getting some data but the numbers are off. How to use Netflow Plugin..?
We have installed netflow plugin on top of OPManager but when I tried to access the Netflow analyzer, it is saying that I should enable the Netflow/Sflow on the device or No such device with Netflow/Sflow export is found. Issue With Netflow Conversation
Hi, We are running Netflow Analyser 8.6 monitoring a mixture of MPLS and ADSL routers. We have an issue on our ADSL routers, they are Cisco C837s. We see three interfaces in netflow; virtual-access, dialer1, and Ethernet0. The ATM and Dialer interfaces report inbound and outbound traffic respectively and the Ethernet interface reports inbound and outbound. QoS not bing displaye correctly
Guys, Hope you can help, We have and MPLS network across 2Mb LL, we have asked our provider to point all the Cisco routers to the Net flow server and after some initial configuration changes we see all the devices. We do however still have a few issues: 1. The QoS setting do not seem to be working, almost everything is being reported under "000000", and Again QoS has been configured on these routers by our Provider. 2. I had to manually change the interface speed to the correct bits,(e.g. 2Mb = 2000000bits)
Two PFsense routers and static routes
1 Pfsense box with 3 links. wan ,lan .And opt1 Second Pfsense box same setup Wan ,lan opt1. Both have their own modem and Wan IP Both have a different lan subnet. The pair have a static route configured between them on the OPT1 interface (separate subnet) 1/2 mile apart using wireless AP's to make the link. This works flawless. I have configured my CISCO ASA 5510 (IOS 8.2) for NESL. Hello, When i open a IP group you can specify wich tab you want to see. For example source or destination. But when i clock on them i always get en empty screen or an error. All out internet traffic goes through a proxy server. How can i monitor for example internet traffic of social media? Now have 160 gb drive f I can use for storage of "mysql_db" for netflow analyzer. I know I can copy the /mysql folder to the new drive. I was wondering what changes in the program are required so that the datavbase can be read from drive f? Sorry if this is a duplicate. Thanks Roberto

Autonomous System View shows everyone as AfriNIC (Regional Registraar) instead of actual organisation
Hi there, In our Netflow Analyser, under the Autonomous System View, all the AS are resovled to AfriNIC.net but not further. AfriNIC is the registraar for the African reagion similar to RIPE and ARIN. Is there a way to tweak it so that the correct names of the actual organisations owning the various AS's is show instead of the registraar? Thanks -Rob
