Hi Folks, Daylight Savings Time changes affects Java applications and make them to report one hour behind to the actual time. Customers facing this issue please follow the steps below to fix the issue. Please follow the below steps and check on the issue: 1. why "No data available"?
why "No data available" under NetFlowCentral? flow is ok. But "application,source,destion,QOS,session" is no data. Collector status is ok. All data is normal under collector. How will i do?

Hi, We have a CCTV application which is not being matched, we want to match all traffic with a destination multicast address in thte range of 239.110.0.0/16 and a destination port of 61454. I have created an Application mapping with the following settings... Port: 61454 Protocol Name: UDP IP Network: 239.110.0.0 IP Netmask: 255.255.0.0 However the traffic is still being matched to a random default application based on what the random source port of this traffic is, note the source port

I cant seem to figure out what is causing this error. I have just installed netflow and get this error in the browser. I have installed this application many times with no issues so not sure what this is. Anyone have a clue. I dont see any logging or any errors that are telling me either.
Traffic total not accurate
I have one Cisco ASA device connected to my instance of netflow analyzer. The total traffic reported seems to be about 2x what the actual traffic is. As an example, I host an FTP site and by analyzing the FTP logs can determine the amount of data sent to the FTP server. The issue is for the same IP address in netflow analyzer - I get 2x the bytes. I am monitoring both the Untrusted and Trusted interface on the ASA. What could cause this? We just moved to netflow as our firewall was just replaced.
Sampling for SIP traffic
Hi, I have enabled Netflow in Cisco 7609-S for monitoring SIP traffic only. I found that IN traffic is OK but the OUT traffic is not correct. What should be the accurate sampling rate for SIP traffic?

The netflow is showing the IfIndex10, IfIndex15 etc., but when I check my switch (Cisco nexus 7000) it shows ifindex as numeric value. Configuring Nprobe to export IPv6 flows to netflow analyser 9.8
Hi, we were able to successfully export IPv6 traffic flow using Netflow version 9 with templates and flow exporter to netflow analyser 9.8. But IPv6 traffic flows exported from N-probe are not showing up in Netflow analasyer 9.8 .we can see IPv4 flows just fine. Kindly provide configuration required on N-probe to make it work.
Can't start after database clean
Hi We have version 9.6 running over Linux. After several problems with full disk, etc. we decided to make a full cleanup of data, backing up our configuration before. After doing that, service starts and then stops. Log files shown an error creating netflow database because it already exists. Then we drop database. Not works, now log files shown a license issue. Maybe our license information is lost at drop database netflow? How can we restore the service (we have the license xml file)? Is

Hello Community, Can someone please explain how much load is placed on the router CPU for each IPSLA? For example, I created 30 connectivity ICMP-ECHO IPSLA's on one of our routers to further evaluate NFA9. Hello. I have problem. NetFlow analyzer 7 was collect data from routers but for last time i see unaccounted data for all collector. Speed of interface shows 0.00 kbps but when i see the traffic graph i see that the data are shown. Do you know what is wrong???

Netflow Requirement Question
Hello Community, I'm still evaluating NFA9, and I was wondering if there was any point in applying netflow to 10Gb interfaces? The reason I ask is because we have a mixture of 1Gb and 10Gb interfaces. The 10Gb interfaces are used as uplinks to our distribution switches. The utilization on the 10Gb will never reach peak utilization and therefore will not need NFA. Would that be correct? Regards Carlton

Hello Community, I'm still evaluating Netflow Analyzer, and a liking it so far. Can someone please tell me criteria for the application to select an interface? For example, the attachment shows that Netflow Analyser has automatically selected FastEthernet0 and Vlan1. However, it hasn't selected any of the other interfaces on the device. Hello Community In the image shown in the attachment you will see my pc with IP Address 10.44.241.128 connected to our router with IP Address 172.17.140.77. Can someone please explain why FNFNbarApp, and NBAR both show that I'm connected with a flow using 'skype' when I'm definitely not using skype? Hi Community, I currently use an application that alerts me when the utilization on a link reaches 70% for over an hour in the following format: Interface GigabitEthernet3/12 average outbound load exceeded 70 percent over 60 minutes. 90th Percentile vs 95th percentile marker
I have a need to show my reports with 90th percentile marked rather than the provided 95th percentile as is the default. Is there a product setting that would do this. I am unable to find it. We are in the midst of an evaluation and so far I am impressed with the value of your product.
