I have setup a sw package for office and I need the user to call me after the setup finishes. The setup works fine. Then I added a post-deployment activity "Run script". Custom Static User Group not shown in list of available target groups?
Hello, We have DC8 and I've created a Custom Static Group of users successfully and it shows in the list of Custom Groups in the Admin area where I created it, but when I am modifying my configuration and attempting to target this group and select domain\custom group\browse, my Custom Static User Group does NOT show in the list for me to select. I have done this successfully at least once, but have tried several other times and have not been able to get my Custom Group to show in the available list
software deployment issue After upgrading to 9
After the upgrade when creating packages for software deployment, it doesn't seem to find the msi's or Exe's inside the share to deploy. Example screenshot below. After clicking on the plus sign the MSI or Exe for the respective application should show up. thank You,
Software will not deploy in new build
Support, upgraded to 80113 earlier. Previously working software deployment for Office 2007 now does not function. Errors such as "unable to copy installation folder to target" - account in question has full access to the network share where the package is located and is a local admin of the target server. Changing settings will even error saying the package does not have an installation string configured - of course it does. Click modify and save and it's OK so it obviously did.... Tried with local
