Firewall and AV Status
I really like being able to see the Firewall and Anti Virus status from Inventory that came with 10.0.72. Is there a way to get a report though or even a filter view ? I'm just about to replace our AV (all through DC of course) which means Windows FW is going to have to be re-enabled. It would be really useful to easily find the machines things didn't go according to plan on. Regards Mark

log on users report is wrong
Dear friends I would like to check my specific users log on and count their log on status but when get this report it shows me wrong report and very old log on. what should I do?
Software version column in computer with/without specific software
I was creating a report to show me computer with a specific software and noticed that I can not display the software version. I run the report for multiple version of one software and it would be nice to see which version the computer in the report has. I can try and do this through custom report but the problem with that is that it list the same computer multiple times thus even though it only installed on maybe 10 computers the report list over thousand lines. I can filter this out in excel but
Recently installed software report
Is there a way to run the report so that it only lists each individual software package once with a summary column of how many computers the software was installed on? Currently, the report has one line per computer per package. Its easy to miss undesirable software that was installed on just one computer because it gets lost in all the noise from all the other installs. For example, "today's" report has 49 lines for me but there were actually only 5 or 6 different packages installed.

Build within report
I have a requirement to export a csv report with the following fields Computer Name Service Tag IP Address Operating System Service Pack Build Last Boot Time Last Scan Time Shipping Date Warranty Expiry Date Agent Version Last Successful Scan Within reports I have the option to select all but Build. I know this is recorded as within Inventory I have dc.common.BUILD_NO but it's not an option within custom reports. any ideas. Also is it possible to add to this report 'Agent Status'? Stephen Fowles
Health Scan system issue
Hi guyz, I have this issue;We implemented a system scan schedule in DC;but i receive a message on our 'system heath graph' showing that there are 2 systems which their 'Heath is not available'. However,their agent is up and i can remote on. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you, Brian B.

I have configured the File Inventory scan to determine what files exist on our PCs. Are there any reports that include more details on files and their locations, a break down of each file type, etc. ?
SQL for Missing/Installed/Declined patches
I need to know the SQL statement needed to generate a Missing/Installed/Declined patch status for an individual computer (all computers is fine, I can easily adjust the WHERE clause once I know the proper table joins). I can filter the Vulnerable System Report to show this, but I need to include some calculated fields and there is a good chance I'll be joining this to data stored in ServiceDeskPlus.

Custom Query request (Desktop Central 9 build 92041): Hoping to gather some hardware info
Hello, I'm stumped and would really appreciate a hand I'm looking for a report that gathers the following for all computers that Desktop Central has in its database: Computer Name Description OS HDD(s) Capacity and manufacturer Installed Ram (Capacity of each installed stick) And (this may be really asking for the moon) the computer's DistinguishedName I have very minimal experience with SQL, and I can't find any info on the schema of or location of the database on our Desktop Central server. postgres Query for files by computer
HI Guys, Can someone please help me with a postgres report for getting the files that are on all our PC's. Grouped by computer. At the moment it only shows the count. Default Printer
I seem to be having an issue with DC 9.2.0 Build No 92041 correctly detecting the default printer on user workstations. I have rescanned machines and the results have not changed. This throws off the accuracy of my printer-related reporting. Does anyone else have this issue?

Is there a report I can run for all machines to show me what Default Browser is on each machine please? I know some machines have Microsoft Edge set as Default, others have Chrome, and I need a list of which browsers are set Default on each machine. Thanks in advance.

Need a report of first contact with ME DC for computers
I'd like to get a simple report for the first contact of a PC to ME DC, but not the one under AD Reports, since most of our computers are in a Workgroup in the field. Hope this is an easy one. Basically, we have the ME DC Agent baked into our images which doesn't contact the server until the PC name changes. Works like a charm. What I need is a way to determine when a machine first appeared in SOM, as this report will give us when each PC was first deployed in the company. Thanks!
Monthly Attendance Report

User Login History
We have 1600 Windows PCs in a non-AD joined system using DC to manage and patch the Windows PC. If we enable Windows Audit logging, is DC capable of generating a report by user for each PC listing the user name and login activity. Workstations with error "Asset Scanning is locked" on the Computer Audit Summary section on the Inventory Tab
Good Afternoon, I recently fixed about 7 machines that were showing in the Computer Audit Summary Failed section with error Asset Scanning is Locked on the Inventory tab. I used the instructions from the KB article and so far only 1 machine would not work. I did a wipe and reload on the machine which seems to have solved the problem. Since then I have done about 5 more and then just last week I did about another 5 and I was down to 1 machine and now I am back up to about 5 again. I am not sure what
