All Active Directory Reports greyed out except All User Accounts report
I noticed we can only select the one report. On the Admin->Reports->AD Report Settings page there is no option to select specific reports either.
Get alerts for inactive user logins for X amount of days
We have the Logged On Users column in Desktop Central. It would be nice to get an email alert if someone hasn't logged on for a set amount of days. 14 days for example. Even better would be to tie it to an OU in AD. We don't always know when contractors leave. Putting contractors in an OU and getting alerts when they haven't logged in for X amount of days would be very beneficial.
Running Custom Reports
Afternoon All, When I setup and run a custom report it starts out fine. I am able to enter the criteria and run the report. However when I try to sort or export for some reason the number of records jumps into the thousands. The majority of the results don't match my criteria after sorting or exporting. This happens to all reports. I have never seen anything like this. Ed

We have set up almost all of the AD reports which provide a lot of great information. However we are trying to do our user Attestation and approval of groups, members, and group management. Recently installed software list
Hi, If I click on the inventory in DC and then click inventory reports, and then recently installed software the report loads fine. However if I scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the right arrow to go to the next page, all it does is load a blank page and nothing else. If I change the amouint of records shown on the first page it does display more, but again as soon as I click on the right arrow again it loads just a blank page. custom software report not able to sort software in Alphabetical order
I was trying to create a custom software report to show me all users who have any of the software listed in the search criteria. The problem when I go to select software if I click a letter the list of software is not in Alphabetical order making it really hard to find the software in the list. is there a way to sort this list?
In-line reporting only if results available?
We would like to use DC central reports as an alert/heads-up to issues like the agents not reporting with different thresholds for servers vs desktops so we hoped to use the reporting. 1. Can we have results in-line in an email? Having to open an attachment is often not needed and an extra step/delay while you wait for adobe/excel to open. 2. Can we not send reports if there are no results? I am trying to reduce the 'noise' and if we get something, it is meaningful.
Patch Deployment Audit report request
Hi, Is it possible to create a daily or weekly scheduled report of all Patch deployment carried out by User with information showing what computer was patched, by whom & what time? maybe even including patches deployed? The reason is to audit when critical machines such as Servers are patched and to ensure that if a configuration goes wrong that we can investigate what went wrong. Fewer Reports for manual selection than for scheduled sending?
Hi, today I noticed that the patch-reports section under "Reports" has fewer entries than the patch-report section in the scheduled reports wizzard. Is this a bug or feature? BTW: We're using the german language version.
Desktop central database holding AD data
We are running a single AD domain, with multiple countries in different delegated OU's. We have set our SoM to be limited to the correct OU, however, report are pulling details from the whole of the domain and this is being held within the database. has anyone else experienced this? is there a way to limit this and purge the database? thanks
No scheduled System Health Report?
Hi, is there a reason why the System Health Report is not scheduleable? Having this report as a scheduled one would IMHO be very usefull.
System Health Report Filtered by Dynamic Custom Group
I have a dynamic custom group of servers that I use to do automated patch deployment with. I need to be able to schedule a system health report to send to my manager to report on our patching status to executives. When I go to create a System Health Report and add a Custom Group filter, only the static Custom Groups are available. Is there anyway to do this with our Dynamic Custom Groups?
AD OU Report Incomplete
When running the All OUs report, we noticed that not all the OU's are showing up. I have set AD Report Settings schedule to run daily but still old info shows in the reports. New computers are getting agents deployed fine though.

Report Inactive User Accounts is only updated from one Domain Controller

In previous version we have used the report: "User Reports, Inactive User Accounts" Now i've noticed that this report is only taking information from one domain controller, however in the past this was updated perfectly over all domain controllers. After updating to Desktop Central 10.0.287 I cannot export reports
After updating Desktop Central to version 10.0.287, I am now unable to export any of the canned, software inventory reports, specifically the Software Product Keys report. I was prompted to change my settings for personal information that may be included in the report. I switched this to "let the technician decide" and saved the setting. Once I did this, I tried to export the report to a .PDF, .CSV, and a .XLSX and when I click on the button, nothing happens. I went back and changed the export setting

Reporting on Dynamic custom group
I wish to run the 'Vulnerable System Report' but only reporting on a group of computer names based on the computer naming convention. The report both when running or trying to schedule to run only allows a static custom group and not dynamic custom group or event just filtering the results. Schedule Report Changes
Can you add or subtract fields from the "canned" reports in the schedule reports module? I know you can filter but would like to add more information to some of the reports. An example would be I would like to see the Patch Release Date added to the Detailed Missing Patch Summary Report.
System Vulnerability Report for Servers
I am looking to build a custom report similar to the vulnerability report to include the graph but I would like to have it filters to show only items that begin with Windows Server for the operating system. If the report is a SQL query I can put it in Analytics and generate the graphs that way.
Software NOT installed report on specific computers (dynamic groups)
I am attempting to verify if a group of computers does NOT have a specific application installed. I would like to accomplish this with a weekly report. I was able to find the report "Computers with/without a specific Software" but I do not see an option to use dynamic groups. Is there another way of accomplishing this that I am not seeing? Monitoring Priviliged Use
We would like to run some sort of report from Desktop Central that will show when users with privileged access log in. At the moment I can see the admin account if it is logged in when a scan is carried out, but that does not tell me any other time that the account is used. Any ideas guys n gals.
Report Request - Microsoft Licensed Products
I'm trying to pull a report of all licensable Microsoft products and number of installs in our environment. I've tried different criteria but the list just contains huge amounts of Microsoft products that I don't need such as .NET Framework, Visual C++ components, and numerous other unneeded items. Generate report with telephone field
Hello. I need to generate a report using Desktop Central that includes the "telephone" field in AD. I am using build version 10.0.83, and I can click on the Reports tab > User Reports > Active User Accounts and see a report of all users. However, when I try to customize the fields, all the phone-related fields are available EXCEPT the "telephone" field, which is where we populate most of our phone numbers. Is there a way to get that information on a report?
Hostname in report URL for scheduled email reports
When receiving scheduled email reports established in desktop central with "Publish reports on the Desktop Central server and send the URL" selected, the link to the report within the email begins with the server's IP as opposed to the FQDN. As we are currently utilizing https with SSL certificates, this causes a certificate error when trying to access desktop central through the provided link. Is there a way to replace the IP in the generated report URL with the the FQDN of the server?

Every week I export a patch report and then sort by remote office and send one report per office... Is it possible to automate these reports? I don´t see this option in Schelude Report -> Missing patch
"Systems Requiring Reboot" Patch report not available as Scheduled report option
Build Version:10.0.84 As you can see in the attached screenshots, the "Systems Requiring Reboot" is available as an on-demand report, but is not listed under the available reports that can be scheduled. This effectively deems the report almost useless as we need to notify systems administrators of servers that requiring rebooting post-patch installation on a weekly basis. Is this a known bug or is it by design?
