Server monitor still green even though Authentication error
I have several Server monitor points that are green even though there is a error (Authentication failed. Kindly verify the username and password provided.). Why isn't this turning Red because there is an issue and no data is being collected. When you have hundreds of monitors you need to have it run red on an error like this otherwise you think it is OK but it is not.

APM Insight - .NET Agent ** Error 404
Hello I use Application Manage and want to test APM Insight .NET. I downloaded agent version 2.5 and installed it on the application server. After completing the agent installation my application started to display a 404 error. It also showed error in the Oracle client call. Even stopping the agent service the errors continued, somene after the uninstallation of the agent the application became normal. Has anyone had this experience? Grateful Jairo

Alarm Action - Post to Webservices
I am using ManageEngine Apps Manager v. 11 and I am trying to send alarms straight to our company's ITSM solution (Microsoft System Center Service Manager) in order to open ITSM tickets when CPU, Memory, Disk, etc. thresholds are breached. ITSM wants us to consume a Web service that they have but ME AppsMan does not have an action for that. The only way that I can think of achieving this is through a script execution that will trigger a POST to a web service but I don't like that solution as it

Hi Tryning to create a HTTP monitor for a formbased login site, but not able to login When trying the Recorder application - it is not able to view the login page. Can you help me? How can I configure the monitor? The page uses formbased login into Wildfly with j_unsername & j_password paramaters. Issues with JVM monitors
I'm attempting to set up Application Manager to monitor some simple JVM data. I repeatedly run into a message (when I try to test authentication to the monitored server) that says "Failed. Exception while getting the MBean server reference". I am on the correct monitoring port for this JVM, and I have connectivity (not firewalls blocking) as I can open a telnet connection on that port. Mongo monitors not pulling through data in Applications Manager
Good day I've added multiple Mongo monitors into AppMan and while all the counters pull through fine, there are several which only pull through some counters and not others. I've attached some examples (one that is pulling through all counters and one that isn't); what would be causing this? Surely it would either show all or nothing? Thanks in advance! Regards, Mat
Disk utilization stopped working
I expanded the disk on my ubuntu 12.04 server today. After doing so the disk utilization no longer works. I vaguely recall having to enter a command on my ubuntu server to get the disk util monitor to work again. Urgent issue with RabbitMQ monitoring
Hey guys We've had a recurring issue over the last 2 weeks where monitoring on our RabbitMQ monitors in AppManager drops off. Random queues fall away from threshold profiles, and this is causing us to miss issues in Rabbit. This first started two weeks ago when all the Rabbit data stopped pulling into AppManager (the monitors still appeared Healthy and Available, even though no queue or exchange data was pulling through) which I then fix by applying a patch you guys sent me. Process must NOT exist
Hi We have a Windows server on which a given process must NOT exist. But if I make a monitor of the process, it will be "red" in the Availability and Health, because the process does not exist currently. Application Manager plug-in license query
Good day We have an Enterprise licence for OpMan with various plug-in license as well, e.g. NFA, OpUtils and Applications Manager. At this point in time, we've only run App Manager on one of our probes, but need to have it set up on another in the near future. My question is: Do we require another plug-in license for this? Or is that all inclusive in our Enterprise license and I can install it on as many probes as I want as long as I stay within the device limit? Thanks in advance! Cheers, Mat
Rabbit queues not pulling through in Applications Manager
Hey guys I've added multiple RMQ monitors in Applications Manager (as I've done many times before) and while they add fine (credentials are fine, firewall access fine, etc), the queues don't seem to be populating. The Exchanges are pulling through however, and on the Overview page the Queued Messages and Messages Rate visualizations are showing metrics, but under Queues it shows "No Data". I am setting up a database query monitor. I am connecting to a database with a query and have selected Yes for 'show query output'. For now I am just testing with a simple query: SELECT 'MyJob' AS JobName, 0 AS JobStatus Where 1 = healthy and 0 = unhealthy. Business view settings
Hi, today our monitoring system has suddenly changed itself from a "listed" (square blocks view) business view display to a tree view. We had not asked for this, it has applied this configuration without asking us anything. Is there a way to replace the listed blocks view instead that the tree one? We are trying to look into the submenu "View settings --> display properties" but we can't find a solution. Thank you.
