SQL Data Size Monitoring
Hi, We are currently beginning to use Applications Manager to monitor our SQL Server Performance, and we have noticed that there is one field that we would like to be able to see/alert on. We have some databases that are required to be created as fixed size with no auto-growth enabled. Is it possible to view the Data Size Used in MB vs the Size in MB, so that this can be monitored? Sending alerts on the fly
It would be great when viewing an alert you could send it to an action e-mail address. For example, a none action configured alert is triggered, on viewing the alert you could click on a button and select say yourself and/or the service desk e-mail address so the alert and all it's details are e-mailed to the recipient with also possibly a free text additional notes for further investigation by the recipient . I am assuming this is supported but just want to confirm since the OS is not listed in the User Guide under software requirements. Is installing Applications Manager 13 supported on Windows Server 2016? Thanks in advance.

Dear ManageEngin, We are using the App. Manager recently. I notices there is no monitoring tools fro MS ERP Dynamics AX. yes there is for MS Dynamics CRM but not for ERP. is there any plan for this or if you have already? thank you

Unable to connect Application Manager with Op
Hello, I added MS SQL servers in ApM and that's works fine, the monitoring is correct. Also, I added the server in the Op for monitoring the CPU, etc. Who I connect the reports from ApM in the Op? If I clicked on the "Applications" tab, in Op, and I add the MS SQL, it doesn't work. Is it a form to connect automatically the ApM for, when I access from Op, and I click on the 'Applications' tab, it show me the MS SQL? Thanks, Jordi.

Free Edition License File Might be Missing
I installed Application Manager 13 Free Edition Downloaded from this link https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/applications-manager-comparison.html?btmMenu but after a while the service is stopped and cannot be started with error "License file might be missing" why this is happen? because when i read Free Edition there is statement "Supports monitoring up to 5 apps or servers. There is no time limit on the free edition - you can use it forever." and i only used it for monitoring

Issue with File Monitor
Hi All, There seems to be an issue with FileMonitor. We are currently monitoring our Jboss log file for errors using Application Manager's File Monitor plugin. The error is just a regular expression watching for a particular string in the log file. If it finds the string, it should notify us via alerts. But we have noticed that alert notification is not correct. For example, it says it matched the string but when I look at the actual log file, I do not find the string in it. Configuring Alarms for task scheduler jobs in Application Manager
Hi All, I am new to Application Manager monitoring and was tasked to setup monitoring for our scheduled tasks which run via windows task scheduler. After adding the server into Manage Engine and added all the scheduled tasks into it. I then configured alarm for each scheduled tasks with threshold checking 'Passed' or 'Failed'. I do see few Failed scheduled tasks for "Last Run Result" but then I never receive any alert email. I am using Applications Manager 12. Is there anything that I am missing?

Shutdown COM Component on Web-site failure in Application Manager
I have a web-site that I monitor with Application Manager. The web-site periodically has a COM component that hangs causing the web-site to not respond. While I triage the issue, I would like the health alert for the web-site to be able to shutdown the com component on the windows server that is hosting the site. I can't find a way to remotely shutdown the com component. I have a script to do it, but I can't seem to find a way to have the health alert run the remote script?
