Replaceable tags in e-mail alerts on Admin Server
In have a cluster of 4 managed servers for the actual monitoring, and one Admin Server. On the Admin Server i have build groups and sub groups. When making an e-mail alert on the Admin Server i do not have the ability to use replaceable tags in the message text. This possibility is (as far as i can see) only available on the managed servers. But that is not what i want. The admin server is the place for consolidating, reporting en messaging in my opinion. Does anyone of you know if it should be possible,

how to manual insert smtp configuration into mysql db
Hi, Does anyone have any experience to insert the smtp configuration into MySQL db manually instead of doing it from the AppManager admin interface? The reason I need to take this route is because the smtpTest.bat gets the connection refused, but we have .net application is able to send the email from the same server via the same smtp server. Basically the smtp server is able to relay the email from this server. The only issue here is we can't configure the smtp server from the AppManager interface.
Monitor SOAP Response
It would be nice to be able to just send a SOAP message to a url and check for a response without the need of pointing to a wsdl. For example we have several services on Message Broker, our applications sends SOAP messages to the ESB router URL and gets a Response after the Message Broker has processed the message. The flow within the Message Broker could be calling/using several different services.

For the windows servers we can view all the processes and monitor any specific processes.. Now suppose I have a process winword.exe running on the server.. I want to monitor it in such a way that if the number of times the process is running increases more than 5.. then the appmanager sends us an alert or clear the process. I am using ManageEngine 9 monitoring websphere environment. When I try to get report for jdbc connection usage it's giving only for "create count" only. I am looking report for "pool count", how to get the report for this metric ?? I feel pool count metric is critical which we need in the reports.
Preferred credentials
On editing a monitor, we always have to re-enter the monitor account password (even if we only edit the name of the monitor). This is very frustrating. It would be good if the password could be saved so it only needs to be re-entered if the account information changes. It would also be good if there was a way to save 'preferred credentials' like in Oracle Enterprise Manager, so it's quicker to choose the user account to monitor a server. eventlog monitor
When monitoring the eventlog with appmanager an occured event will stay on the alarm page until the next monitor poll. When setting the polling time to 1 minute it will mean that the alarm will only stay on the alarm page for one minute. This can lead to unseen alarms. Is it possible to change this behaviour and let the events on the alarm page until they are acknowlegded? TIA
