How can i remove one instance from database server in application manager. I dont want to see tempdb instance and want to remove. Regards

Requirement to monitor the number of instances/processes on windows server.
Hi all, We have Appmanager 9 , and build number is 9500 with support We have a specific requirement as below. For the windows servers we can view all the processes and monitor any specific processes.. Now suppose I have a process winword.exe running on the server.. I want to monitor it in such a way that if the number of times the process is running increases more than 5.. then the appmanager sends us an alert or clear the process. Jdbc connection pool
I am using ManageEngine 9 monitoring websphere environment. When I try to get report for jdbc connection usage it's giving only for "create count" only. I am looking report for "pool count", how to get the report for this metric ?? I feel pool count metric is critical which we need in the reports.
Preferred credentials
On editing a monitor, we always have to re-enter the monitor account password (even if we only edit the name of the monitor). This is very frustrating. It would be good if the password could be saved so it only needs to be re-entered if the account information changes. It would also be good if there was a way to save 'preferred credentials' like in Oracle Enterprise Manager, so it's quicker to choose the user account to monitor a server. eventlog monitor
When monitoring the eventlog with appmanager an occured event will stay on the alarm page until the next monitor poll. When setting the polling time to 1 minute it will mean that the alarm will only stay on the alarm page for one minute. This can lead to unseen alarms. Is it possible to change this behaviour and let the events on the alarm page until they are acknowlegded? TIA

For eg: Through Application manager we can see the statistics of Http URL's counter's. Using SqlDb Manger we can see the metrics of database counter statistics. Complexe correlations?
I am evaluating Application manager for ma department and so far i am very impressed with how easy it is to setup everything. M only concern so far is that we need to be able to make complex correlations and i cant find any way to do tat with this product. Ex: Windows service is down on serverA and received eventlog on serverB = Alarm Is there a way to do something like that?
Execute bachtes in off-time for a monitor
Hi All, I am new to this forum and Applications Manager. I've started using Applications Manager last week and I found many fantastic features in it. They definitely suites our current needs. However, I am looking for a facility that when I define a monitor, I would be able to do something, (i.e. running or resuming a batch) in off-time or when a server is in clear state (for eg. Hi, do you have some product able to reproduce web, application and database transaction remotely? A customer has several branch offices and he would like to monitor the end-to-end performance of the web server, the application server and the database server from each branch office. I am already aware about the URL monitor within OpManager and Application Manager, but they are from the server prospective. I also know about the RBM monitor, but it is only for web server.
