Password Policy HTML
We have a situation where we have 2 different password policies. I modified the PasswordPolicy.html to suit our staff, but this policy shows up when a student is presented with the change password screen when they log in. Is it possible to have a different password policy show depending on who logs in? EDIT: I had another look at our PasswordPolicy.html and have fixed figures in for password length...etc. Can I use an attribute to use the details from our domain password policy?
Remove Applications tab

Unable to upload photo of self in Self Update.
I'm able to select the photo then crop it but when I upload and go back to Self Update the photo isn't there, any ideas? Other users have been able to update theirs.

Mobile App configuration and QR codes
I'm working on getting the QR code for the automatic configuration setup correctly. I've changed the access URL on the Admin, Product Settings, Connection page to the correct values. When I scan the QR Code on my iPhone using a generic QR Code reader (called "Quick Scan", the same one that I used to install the app), it just gives me a text entry with the values. It doesn't configure the app. I don't see an option in the app itself for scanning a QR Code.

Change text on Enrollment page
Hi, Does anyone know how or where to change the text on the enrolment page? 1. I want to change the title of the tab from "Enrollment" to "Enrolment" (UK spelling) 2. The "Enroll" button at the bottom screen to "Enrol" 3. The welcome pop up text when for user when they first land on the enrolment page? I have managed to change the text at the top of the pop up from modify "ApplicationResources_en_US.properties" fil, but when I change the 3 bullet points, the changes do not appear. Double authentication
When I attempt to access the login page, http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8888/showLogin.cc I first have to authenticate in a pop up dialog using my domain ID/PW... then on the login page, I have to do it again. Is there a way to skip the initial authentication since I'm being authenticated on the web page? Rich

Do technicians from SD+ import to ADSS+? I would like to be able to use the security questions to authenticate the identity of call in users however, it seems that there is no way to limit the results of the users registration questions or audit which technicians see the users questions and force re-registration updating the questions afterwards.
ADSelfservice doesnt work with RSA GINA at windows login
We are currently running RSA Two-Factor Authentication on our PC's. Once we deploy the ADSelfService Agent to PCs the user is now provided an option to bypass RSA TFA and use only Windows login. We want to exclusively show only RSA and the AD tool at lock/logon screen We're looking for information to implement the tool in our environment for AD login but it defaults wrapping to the Windows GINA which enables ability to use either RSA or Windows credentials for login not exclusively just RSA at first
Default for multiple emails
Hi, We are still trialling the product and waiting for the license. Our email attribute is currently filled with the users work email address in AD. I have selected to use another attribute to capture users personal email, which we would like them to use when enrolling. In testing, I have it to show the current email but force users to specify an alternate email. this part seems to work fine. When a password is reset, the notification goes to the work email by default. Is there a way for the notification
