Changes Not Showing In AD
I am currently running a demo of the AD Manager Plus and when i disable accounts or computer objects the changes don't take place in AD. Is that because it's just a trial or am i missing something here? Any help here would be great!
Computer Reports
Allow computer reports for the 64 bit OS's. Also, break down the report per edition. One report for server 2003, but the report showing standard, small business, datacenter..etc. This would be very nice, since it did not see the 64 bit OS at all. Doug Woodberry
Feature Request: WorkFlow for Self Service
It would be great if there was a workflow feature added to Self Service so that you could mark certain fields as needing approval by a manager before changes are applied. Specifically in my organization's case we would need this on the Title field as people have working titles but we don't want them putting in just anything they want.

The beta version of this build needed to be tested on a separate box. Can this service pack simply be downloaded on the existing server without any issue? Thanks.
Limit help desk staff to certain templates

Distribution Lists reports, ones with restrictions. There is a report for users but not for Distribution Lists in Exchange Ilias Tekertalis
Self Service Error Message
When I log into Self Service in AD Manager as a standard user, I get the tabs for me to change certain areas, however, I get an error message. For Logon Name, the field is blank, and after the @ symbol I get the message: <input type="text" name="UPN_SUFFIX" value="[our domain name]" disabled=disabled style="width:[Exception in:/jsp/usermanagement/ModifySingleUser.jsp] null Other tabs are blank. Any ideas?

Feature Add
Allow mass delete of user and all associated shares and directories such has home folders, tsprofile directories and mailbox. I would also like to see a "ping" feature to see if a machine or server resides in DNS. I competitor of yours does that and it is a nice feature. The ability to use wild cards when updating a number of people for example: our website pulls employee picture links from the extensionAttribute1 uning http://server/images/%givenName%.%sn%.jpg but I cannot input this into your software to update all users as it does not replace the %givenName%.%sn% part Brett Hobbs

removing spaces from username
We are using ADManager for the bulk creation of our student accounts, the format we use for their logon name is firstname.lastname@.... I have set up the template an all is working fine, until I hit those user that have a double first name or last name i.e a user whos first name is joe and last mame is de jonge will have a username of "joe.de jonge@..." Or if a users first name is Tian Yang and last name of chang the we end up with "tian yang.chan@..." Is there anyway to have the spaces taken out

I created several custom attributes to add and update in the user creation template. How can I get the custom attributes to show on a user properties so HelpDesk can change them without going through the "Modify User/ Custom Att" page which is not user freindly. We need it to show under a user properties show it can be changed via HD. Karl
