Feature Request: WorkFlow for Self Service
It would be great if there was a workflow feature added to Self Service so that you could mark certain fields as needing approval by a manager before changes are applied. Specifically in my organization's case we would need this on the Title field as people have working titles but we don't want them putting in just anything they want.
