Bulk User Change via csv Import
Hello, Im testing the bulk users change method using the bulk csv import option. Ive tried several different methods & fields but I cant seem to get the ad full name field to update. As per pic attached the name has changed in the Last Name field & the display name field but it doesnt want to change the full name bit for some reason. Ive tried using the cn, canonical name & distinghuished name fields & they dont seem to help. Can someone please advise if I need to add another field to my csv file

Users unable to do work for all domains
We have ADManager Plus installed and we are working on getting everything configured. We have noticed a small issue in our minds. When one of our Helpdesk users logs in and goes to reset say a user's password they can only reset for users that are in the same domain as their account. We have a Parent and child domain for which a Helpdesk user needs to be able to do work on. We do not want to have to create seperate accounts in each domain for them to use. We want say their main Parent domain account

Is there a way to see via the User report or the Computer report the name of the machine that a user last logged onto? What I am trying to do is to determine where a machine ought to be in the OU structure vs where the user is, and to move the workstation to the corresponding location that the user is in. The issue is that there are many in an Undefined OU that is not receiving GP updates as they should.

Hi, Just recently downloaded your ADManager Plus software, so far it seems great, with one problem. Our users cannot login to it using active directly. All our user names are in Arabic. When we tried to login using Arabic user name we cannot, but if we use English username we can. We have also tried to use your another application ServiceDesk Plus which does allow our users to login though that application also does not support Arabic. So was wondering if you people can make this application also
