Helpdesk technicians Snapshot page

I have created a helpdesk role for a technician to be able to unlock passwords.

however when they login, the Home page (dashboard) doesn't display any of the domain info.

I would like my technicians to proactively unlock accounts as part of a managed process.

is it possible for technicains to have the full dashboard view with delgated rights.
