Cannot see if a user locked out
We are currnetly running ADMP build 5231 Is the ability to see if a user account is locked out available in the new version? Our helpdesk find it very frustrating that when they use "HelpDesk - Reset PAssword Console" they are unable to see if a user is loced or are unable to simply unlock the account without having to reset the password. Also they are unable to see if a user is locked from going to "modify user properties" > "account details" tab. They can see all other check boxes but not one for
Enforced GPO report

Changing Home Folder in ADManagerPlus, but specified drive letter not applied. How do I fix this?
When changing someone's home folder, the specified drive letter is not applied, and becomes blank in AD.
ADManager Plus Version 6.0
New installation of admanager v 6.0 Windows 2008 Standard I installed admanager v 6.0 and my admanager services crashed three times in a 24 hour period. This is also an issue on our current admanager server so admanager support recommended install a fresh copy of version 6. That didn't seem to help. Anyone have this issue and if so any recommendations?
Can I send a report to my file/print server?
Hi, I have scheduled my first batch of ADManager Plus reports and they have processed OK. The only problem I have is that the reports have not been generated in the storage path I specified. I am trying to send them to my file/print server so that I can use them for further processing. Regardless of what I put in the Storage Path field the reports are always created in my C drive. Inactive Users Reports ... for users that just use OWA
Hi, I have this situation: Some users login in the AD just once (in their lives), after that, They just use OWA using a Linux machine browser for example. Inactive Users Reports detects those users as Inactive (It doesnt matter if I select Never logged user or Not). Why does it happen ? Creating contact from template doesn't create an Primary SMTP address only a Secondary (smtp) address
Hi, I created a template to create contacts with an external email address. The contact is created correctly except that the SMTP address is created as smtp (secondary). Exchange Management Console and EM Shell then have warnings that there is no Primary SMTP address. Email is received by the external addressee but I'd like to understand and fix why the address is created as a Secondary (smtp) address instead of a Primary (SMTP) addess. Thanks, Martin
Need Employee ID added as a choice under Logon name format field
We are in the testing stages of changing our logon names to our Employee ID instead of First Initial Last Name. I do have the Employee ID on my templates now, but it isn't a choice under the Logon name format field. Once we have everyone converted over to the new logon name, I will need to start creating accounts that way. Can we get the Employee ID added as a choice in the Logon name format field? Editing Users Names
Using AD Manager Plus I created a new domain with 370 users. Everything looked perfect until I started creating their Exchange mailboxes. I applied an address policy for first initial and last name, upon checking their aliases I noticed the address populated strangly (r2536526@domain.com). I looked at the users account in AD and noticed the first and last name are in the first name field, leaving the last name field blank. ADManager Plus Database Backup
Hi! We have just installed ADManager Plus on one of our Servers. Now I'm verifying the Backup of this machine. As our Backup Software (HP Data Protector 5.5) has no MySQL Integration I need a different way to Backup the Database. Are there any tools to perform this Operation? I could build a Script that Dumps the Data on Harddisk before we run the Backup but currently I don't have any login data for the mysql Database. Any help or recommendations will be appretiated. Storage Path Field
Hi, I am pretty new to ADManager Plus and have been playing around with the reports scheduler I want to run the 'All Users' report every day and then store the report on our network. Removing all groups from users in a particular OU
Is it possible to remove ALL group memberships quickly from members of just one OU? I see how I can remove one group at a time, but not knowing all the groups they might be members of, it wouldn't save me anytime over just going into each user and removing it by hand. Is there a way to have ADManager Plus remove all group memberships for all users in 1 particular OU? Thanks, Danny

Creating custom Naming Formats using employeeID
I need to create a New User Template that uses a Naming Format where the sAMAccountName is composed of the first name initial plus the lastname initial plus the employee ID (see first image below). I have tried the following three strings: %givenName%1[L]%sn%1[L]%employeeID% %givenName%1[L]%sn%1[L]%Employee-ID% %givenName%1[L]%sn%1[L]%employeeNumber% Neither of these do the trick, the Logon name does not populate with the employeeID (see second image below). User Modification Template Issue
I just upgraded to the new 6000 build and I'm seeing a flaw in the user modification template. I'm utilizing the default template layout. I am unable to set my mail server and mailbox store because those fields are greyed out in the template. Unclear why those fields are blocked since I'm using the default layout. I'm currently awaiting a call back from Technical support as they try to figure this one out.
Bulk Group Creation from CSV
I am going to create 340+ Universal Distribution Groups using ADManager in Exchange 2010. I have the process working via CSV import, however I also need to set the RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled flag to false. Can I do this during the import process? If not, I will just use powershell.

Dear all, i'm using ADManager PLUS , i have to manage Custom Attribute for ExtendedAttribute from 1 to 15 (LDAP extended Attributes). I have created them, i'm able to insert a user using these fields but when i use a Help DeskTechnician and i try to modify them using , Modify Single User function,they are always empty, how can i see these values using this kind of user ? We have a group of users that required us to automatically change their passwords every 60 days. Is there a way to automate this? Or in the very least, is there a way to create a recurring request every 60 days, instead of the maximum length of 1 month that I see in the robo requests?

LDAP Attribute streetAddress not available
I was trying to make a report that contained address information for one of our departments. While selecting columns, I could not find the Street field in the attribute selection list. Hi ADM+ Team: I have users created with a template and just realized that you could enable communications (LCS/OCS Attributes). However, I already have a large number of users that do no have it enabled and was wondering if I could create a CSV file of the users and enable communications, select LCS/OCS server, and specifiy the sip?
