AdManager Plus won't start after Update to 6.3
I've installed the update 6.3 for Build Numbers 6200 through 6292 (see: https://www.manageengine.com/products/ad-manager/service-pack.html) yesterday. built in admin logs on by default - allowing anyone to logon with full admin rights
It appears as though the built in admin username and password are cached somehow such that they are the default value for all users - who are able to login with now full admin rights even though they don't actually know the password! We didn't realize this previously as we only had a single user license being used by one person, but we have now purchased additional licenses and are rolling it out - and found that all users could log on as admin and it was the default. Urgent assistance required!
ADMP Report export to csv html and xlst fails
We ran an NTFS Permissions report for a large file server. The report took four hours to run and completed successfully with 122 AD permission groups in the report. When we try to export to csv, html, or xlst (we tried all three types), the export runs for about an hour then we receive a server connection error, which stops the process. We tried extending the timeout on ADMP, but the export still fails. All previous exports had no problems.
Error while enabling Lync services for the user
Get the error 'Error while enabling Lync services for the user ' when creating a user. Are there any further logs I can look at? I've been through the troubleshooting guides and it does not look like it is any of these; 28. While creating new user(s) along with Lync Telephony options, either of these error messages is displayed: "Error while enabling Lync services for the user" or "Error occurred while enabling Lync Telephony options". Departments not appearing in dropdown
In the user creation template setup the dropdown for department is not populating, anyone have any suggestions for correcting this?
