What user logged onto what machine
I don't know if it would be possible but is there away to get ADManager Plus to report what user logged onto what machine at a specific time. That would be a very powerful feature, if it can be done. Thanks.
Can ADManager Plus Coexist w/ ServiceDesk Plus or OpManager
Greetings, My manager has just purchased ADManager Plus and I am getting ready to install it. Can it coexist on a Win2K3 platform with either ServiceDesk Plus / OpManager or does it need to be on it's own platform?

Question on evaluation: 1) Can you setup different logons for each admin. 2) Is it the user credential that is used to perform ad changes or that of the service account. If service account can it be setup for authenticated user 3) is it possible to have the system create home drive folders and set NTFS Permissions. We do not map directly to the user home drive we map to the level above e.g. \\server1\home I amd looking to see if we can set a path of \\server1\home\%username\ and have your tool create
Problem with Home Directory location
When I set up a Profile Template and fill in the HOME FOLDER field under ACCOUNT DETAILS I want to connect H: to \\someserver\hd\%username%. When I type this in the "\" go away. Is this by design? How can I set it up to point to a folder within the hd share on that server?
Exchange 2003 Enterprise
I am using Exchange 2003 Enterprise. I am trying out your demo. However, it only displays the first storage group (I have 4). How do I get to where I can see the other Storage groups.
Can't find Mail servers
My ADManager is telling me that there are no Mail Servers in my domain. Do I have to have an MX record for it to find the email server?
Time to populate data
How long does it usually take after installation to populate the data to run reports on? I go into my home page and there is nothing there except the number of OUs. The software has been installed for 15 minutes now. Our domain is not that big, there are 2 DCs in the same location.
Setting default User Template
I cannot find how to set up the default user template when creating a single user. I know you can choose a template when doing bulk users, but how do I change it for single user?
Reporting format? Hard to read
Hello..evaluating this product right now and the reporting tools seem good in giving the information..but in presenting it for someone else (the output) it's rather..well..ugly. The PDF/XLS even print views are hard to read and messy. Am I missing something or is there no way to format this so it's easier to read or at least easier on the eyes? Thanks Val
AD Manager Plus OU's
When I look at the available OU's, AD Manager Plus still has old OU's in it that were either deleted or changed, I went into domain settings and tried to re-sync the domain, but the old OU's still remain. How can I delete them.
A potential new client with a question
I am currently checking out your free 15 day trial version to gather some information about your product. We are a mid sized bank on the east coast and the need for AD reporting is very important to us. As I am sitting here going through some of the report options I have been noticing that the inactive users report seems to be taking a VERY long time where the other reports typically would populate right off the bat.
