A potential new client with a question

I am currently checking out your free 15 day trial version to gather some information about your product. We are a mid sized bank on the east coast and the need for AD reporting is very important to us.

As I am sitting here going through some of the report options I have been noticing that the inactive users report seems to be taking a VERY long time where the other reports typically would populate right off the bat. Even if there were 200 + pages that it eventually had to add to the report it would do that as it gathered more info. With this report it has been just sitting there taking up alot of system memory but it has yet to display any data.

I have changed the inactive since section from 7 days to 30 days ( i normally run a 180 day report with our existing product ). Is this report something that typically would take much longer then the other reports? Should it not start to populate as it gets users right off the bat? Is there any configurations to be set that could speed up the search?

Just curious as I try to make a decision for our company.
