Problem characters in random passwords
Could the "Generate Random Password" feature in the Bulk User Creation portion of AD Manager Plus exlude characters that are easily confused by users? Examples, Zeros and capital letter "O", Number 1 and capital letter "I" or lowercase letter "L"? This causes considerable confusion for some users. Scott Blake

Problem with bulk password resets
Hello, I am trying to reset passwords on 56 accounts. The problem is ADManager Plus will do about 45ish of them OK and then not attempt to do the others. There is no error message that is displayed.... it just skips them. I am using the free edition but should be ok for up to 100 users right? Any ideas? Thanks, Adam

big log files + low disk space = problem
Hi all, Hoping someone can help me, we have ADmanager Plus installed on a Windows Server 2003 Sp1, and a few days ago windows started to report a low disk space warning. After investagation, i find that there are 8gig of log files belonging to ADmanager Plus under C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ADManager Plus\logs The date on the log files only go back to the 26-04-07 (so none are more then a week old), therfore i am just checking will this problem correct itself as i assume that log files are be cleaned

Hello, I'm just testing AD Manager Plus at work. We need it to delegate users creation to our Help-Desk I have create a user template... It's OK. Everything goes fine except the Groups Member Of. I add Member Of on the template but when i use this template, there is just "Domain Users" in this line. is it because i use a trial licence ? Do you have an idea ? Some Authentication Problem - Error Code : 8002801d
I get this error whenever i add users and specify a home folder with a mapped drive in the profile. If its a bulk import, it will create the first user ok, then it will fail on the rest.
Vista Compatability?
Any idea if this can run properly on Vista Business Enterprise edition? After the installation ( and several cancel/allow screens ) It will spawn and spawn without the app ever launching. Anyone got this running on Vista?
