Problem characters in random passwords

Could the "Generate Random Password" feature in the Bulk User Creation portion of AD Manager Plus exlude characters that are easily confused by users? Examples, Zeros and capital letter "O", Number 1 and capital letter "I" or lowercase letter "L"? This causes considerable confusion for some users.
