AD Report - Users with Empty Attribute not working properly
Under AD Reports, the report called 'Users with Empty Attributes' appears to not work correctly. With a single attribute selected: Mobile (Mobile Phone Number), the report generated includes ALL USERS regardless of whether this field has data in it or not. Can you help us decipher this? We wanted to export these users into a template CSV, enter their mobile numbers into the CSV and then import the CSV to modify the user mobile numbers en masse. Good Morning, We use the reports quite often, however, we are not able to find the right way to get a full mailbox permission report. We are able to see almost all other attributes, but we also would like to see mailbox permissions before applying any changes. Is this possible?? Thanks! T

Hi, Is it possible to configure Office 365 in AD Manager Plus only to be able to have reports, and not to create anything in the cloud? Report Data Refresh Rate
I am running the report Mailbox Enabled Users. As I run it I find things that need updating/changing in AD (Departments, Titles etc.) I change those in AD. Click the "Sync" button under the AD Explorer but my report data never changes. I search for a user I know I changed in AD, I can pull up their profile in AD Manager and see the changes have been made. I am attempting to run an exchange report and having difficulty having the data refresh. As I look at the report I find AD information that needs to be updated (title, department etc.). I am updating it in AD then go back in to AD Manager and can see that the changes have happened when I look at their profile. Is there a way to set up a report where two fields are compared?
We want to take a look at people who do not change their passwords after getting a new account. Is there a way to set up a reusable report that compares two fields, such as Password Last Set and When Created? This will allow us to easily identify those who have not changed their initial passwords. Terminal Services Report
I noticed that whenever I run the Users Terminal Service Property report in AD Manager it gives me every user object in the OU whether the TS fields are populated or not. Also the report the takes a long time to run. The last time I tried to run that report it took 13 hours to complete. Is anyone else having these issues?

Export Sheduled Reports
Hi all, I'm wondering if there is a way to export reports from my Scheduled List into a file which I can use for import on a new ADManager Plus environment. Alternatively are these reports kept in a file inside the ADM folder structure which I can copy and move? Trouble with the manager custom attribute
I'm trying to run a report in admanager plus that will give the users manager, and the custom attribute I've created works to some extent- when I view a single user the field shows up and is properly populated. However when actually running a report it only shows up as empty. Any ideas? Thanks, Jeremy

Sporadic delivery of reports
Hi, Have set up two very simple custom reports to be emailed in an html format to two addresses (comma in the middle). Can not understand why delivery works for awhile then stops. I log back in, "Send a Test Mail," and "Run Now". All which works great. Then i will receive for a week or two, and then it stops. Have repeated this for months now, since i bought the software. deleting groups in AD reports
Hello, We are using ADManager Plus for a while now and it's a great tool for us. Today I discovered that when creating an AD report with several groups it works fine. I added about 80 groups wich I wanted to examine to see wich users are in those groups. No problem at all. Now, when I want to create a NEW AD report, all of the groups from the last report are stll there. I know the groups can be deleted by clicking on the red cross but there has to be a faster way to delete the groups all at once
Reports as Non-Zipped Files
I've setup several scheduled reports to be sent to me each morning. Despite setting the report format to XLS or PDF, the report still shows up as a Zip file attached to the email message. I'm trying to open these reports on my phone but the iPhone doesn't like Zip files. How can I get AD Manager Plus to send the reports as non-zipped files?

Is it possible to run a report that returns all of the contact information for my users? We went through a merger a while back & there is inconsistency in how contact info (esp. phone numbers) was added (assuming that the information was ever added in the first place). Hello, I am trying to set up a custom attribute, in the reports, to show the date a particular user account has expired, or is set to expire. I have used the LDAP name of AccountExpires and a Data Type of Large Integer. When I run the report it shows the raw value of the date, and I need it to be converted in to a "human friendly" format. Users Without Managers report
We use an AD attribute to manage user types. For example, under employeeID, we have a designation called "C1" which stands for a Non-Employee. Every C1 in our domains has this attribute and we have a requirement that every one of these accounts must have a manager.
