Filter Scheduled Reports
I would like to run a scheduled all users report, but would like to have options to filter the report for only enabled users and those with a specific description. Currently is seems there is no way to filter the scheduled reports for the data you want. Greg Houck

Dear Support Team, I have two questions about report. 1. I was trying to export Security group report (AD report � Group report � Security group report) I selected a OU and export the list. Then add the [Display Name] column from Add/Remove columns; however, none of names were shown. 2. I added several columns. Content of display expand horizontally, but I can not see added columns even the window is maximized because there is no scroll bar at the bottom (can not scroll the window horizontally).

Smart card & last logon
We haven't been able to use the regular inactive account report because it seems to trigger on logons with userid and password whereas our users log on with smart cards. So we used the password expiration as the same measure since users still had to change their passwords every 90 days. Now however users can only log on with smart cards and the smart card is required for interactive log on box is checked. Performance Issue with bulk password reset
I would like to know why there is a serious performance issue when doing a password reset using generated password for a group of users from a CSV file. The file contains about 800 user account via the samAccount. The reset is processing extremely slow. I have checked the server and I do not see and hardware related issues like memory being used up or CPU spiking or anything like that. Any help in getting the performance increased would be fantastic. I just find it hard to believe that it is going

Feature Enhancement Request #2
Allow impersonation of an account other then administrator. This would allow us to setup a delegated account with restricted scopes either per site, per domain, or even per OU. Obviously, this request would require the ability to allow multiple impersonation accounts as well. While that additional functionality would be nice, we would be happy just to have the one account as well. Thank you in Advance, Sean
Feature Enhancement Request #1
Add a list of globally excluded IDs. These IDs would not be manageable via the AD Management Portal. Built-in IDs like administrator would be a great place to start. It would be nice to be able to select others as well. Obviously, if you are not impersonating the administrator account this can be accomplished in AD. However, hoping for a ZRM solution we would like to leverage the impersonation. Thank you in ADvance, Sean
