Home Folder Permissions
Is there a way to set permissions on home folders when created through the "Modify Profile Attributes" under Bulk User Modification. Right now when a folder is created this way it is given the "Everyone" group full permission. Under new user creation this can be done with a template.

Java Issue?
Hello, Im having trouble with the application & need assistance please. Im trying to query AD access for several users. I select "user reports" then "groups for a user" then I click the plus symbol to bring up the screen to add or import user lists etc but the window doesnt load its completely blank so I cannot enter my data for the query therefore the application is useless to me. Im sure this has worked fine before. Ive restarted my machine, reinstalled java etc etc but still the same issue. P.s

Directory searches
Whenever we perform a task that requires searching the directory it takes a while to populate the objects in the OUs. Is there anyway to cache this information or speed up the application when it searches the domain? This seems to be the only drawback that I see in the application.
Soon to expire report
When I manually the report about soon to expire users, I get "No reports available", which is fine because I don't have any soon to expire users. When I schedule this report to run, it generates a PDF file that is a blank page (because there are no users set to expire). Shouldn't it at least say "no users found" instead of being blank? These reports goto non-IT personell who don't understand what a blank page means. Thanks.

Hello, Can someone please tell me why the unlock users function on the main dashboard page doesnt update when you click update? i.e it says 4 users are locked, I goto view the users, select one & process the unlock. I then go back to the dashboard & do a refresh & get the exact same result of 4 locked users.
AD Group name Limit
Hi I am trying to create around 250 AD security groups using a CSV import. The problem I am having is that the group name gets shortened to 20 Characters after the import. Is this expected or am I doing something wrong? I believe that the MS limit is 256 Characters? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Brent
