Java Issue?

Hello,
Im having trouble with the application & need assistance please.
Im trying to query AD access for several users.
I select "user reports" then "groups for a user" then I click the plus symbol to bring up the screen to add or import user lists etc but the window doesnt load its completely blank so I cannot enter my data for the query therefore the application is useless to me.
Im sure this has worked fine before. Ive restarted my machine, reinstalled java etc etc but still the same issue.

P.s I would also just mention on the status bar at the bottom of IE it says "javascript:showusers()" not sure if this means anything?
Ive also cleared my cache & temp files etc also.
