Latest Consolidated Patch

Note: This is applicable only for NFA Build 12200. Make sure to take the backup of the installation before applying the patch.

WINDOWS: Steps

1. Download the file named 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip from here and save it to a safe location.

2. Copy 12200IssuesUpdt_Jul10.bat from here under ./<OPM-HOME>/ directory

3. Stop OpManager Service.

4. Rename Old ./<OPM-HOME>/logs folder and recreate new ./<OPM-HOME>/logs folder at the same location.

5. Rename ./<OPM-HOME>/12200FixesUpdate folder, if any, exists.

6. To extract the zip file 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip right click on the zip file 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip -> Click on Extract All/files -> Set the location for the extract as OpManager_Home (eg: c:/ManageEngine/OpManager) directory.

Once done make sure sub-folder named 12200FixesUpdate exist under ./<OPM-HOME>/

7. Open command prompt as Administrator and navigate to./OPM-HOME/ and execute 12200IssuesUpdt_Jul10.bat, please hit F when you get a prompt with a query.

8. Once the update is done, start the OpManager Service and wait for ~5minutes.

9. Clear the cache and connect to UI and check the Report.

For LINUX: Steps

1. Download the file named 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip from here to Opm_Home/ directory :

2. Copy 12200IssuesUpdt_Jul10.sh from here under ./<OPM-HOME>/ directory

3. Stop the service and navigate to OpManager_Home/bin and execute stopPgsql.sh 2 times.

4. Rename logs folder under ./<OPM-HOME>/logs to old_logs folder and recreate new ./<OPM-HOME>/logs folder at same location

5. Rename ./<OPM-HOME>/12200FixesUpdate folder, if any, exists.

6. Execute the command to change permission level of the downloaded file

chmod 77712200IssuesUpdt_Jul10.sh

chmod 777 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip

Open shell and navigate to Opm_Home/ directory and execute script :

unzip -o 12200FixesPatch_Jul10.zip

7. Navigate to OpManager_Home and execute ./12200IssuesUpdt_Jul10.sh

8. Once the update is done, start the OpManager Service and wait for ~5minutes.

9. Clear the cache and connect to UI
