How to start ServiceDesk Plus from command prompt

How to run ServiceDesk from command prompt?



Open a command prompt window in the elevated mode (run as administrator) and change directory to


            cmd> [SDP-Home]\bin




[SDP-Home] here, is assumed to be ServiceDesk home directory (\ManageEngine\Servicedesk\bin)



Start the server from the command prompt using run.bat


      cmd>[SDP-Home]\bin> run.bat
