Windows Remote Desktop

We are currently using the latest version of PMP, all of the sudden the "Windows Remote Desktop" feature is no longer working (the one where it launches the session through a web browser) When we launch "Windows Remote Desktop" we get "fail to connect to gateway!", then we get a blank screen. We have already tried bouncing services and server with no luck.
