WAN Scanning

Anyone having success scanning workstations across a WAN link? Using a domain scan to scan workgroup workstations, I see nothing scans successfully.

Also on the SD+ server I am getting "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the concurrent TCP connect attempts." in the system error log.
