VPN reports

Hi,

I have installed Firewall Analyzer ver 4012 and started by installing 2 netscreen 208 firewalls. The problems I am having are:

1- The Firewall Analyzer does not recognize the native syslog format I had to enable webtrend to start receiving data.

2- In the VPN Reports the Top VPN Users shows unknown and does not show the authenticated user.
