View Associations Blank screen

i have a problem, when i click on Notification Profiles - View Associations a blank screen appears
http://server_name/admin/ShowAssociation.do?methodCall=getDeviceProfile&firstTime=true
I use opmanager 11400 on windows 2008 r2
how can i fix it ?
