Version numbers and what to upgrade?

Hi, 

I'm confused at what version I should be running, but I'm not sure how to get much clarification. We reported an issue a while back and were sent a ppm hotfix update which we've applied however if i look in the "whats new in desktop central" part the version I have and the version that is shown is now seemingly out of synch. There's also the fact that if i change the page from normal to add a 1 in i get a different version number. 
So for example - 


I've put here my build versions and this seems to be the bit that confuses me. Currently running 412, the main site from within desktop central says  400, and then if i edit to have the 1 on the end i see 415. What is the version that is the latest version and the one I should be running on?
