UTF-8 error
Hi
Dear all
we are currently using SDP standard edition 9.2 Build 9200 , Also we have configured the XML files regarding UTF-8 encoding but we are still unable to receive correct formatting in the emails or tickets in our environment .
Is there any other modifications to be done in the server ?
