User Logoffs off and the service stops

I installed ap manger 6 & the service pac ManageEngine_ApplicationsManager_6_0_0_SAP-1_0.pam under a user who is administrator.

The service look like they are configure fine.

When I log off or reboot the machine the service is longer available until the user logs in.

As a service no one should have to be logged in.

Please advise.
