User Credential not Specified

No idea why I am gettnig this.  The service already has my user credentials . 

My username was previously set to:   chawkins-admin@mylocaldoman.ad,  but either one doesn't change the issue for me.  I've reset the service every time I've made a change.

Not sure what else to do, or if this is even a real problem as I don't seem to be having any issues anywhere else.
