user creation and password reset

i am an IT helpdesk officer in my company without an admin privilege. but i want to make myself an authorised super administrator using the AD manager plus, so that from my end here, i can as well reset users password, enable them when they are locked out and perform other good services of an administrator

please assist with usefull info.
