User cannot select asset
User cannot select asset
Hi all,
I'm trying to open a new incident/request with a user account, but the assets I select don't appear in ticket:
1. I logged with user account
2. I selected "New issue"
3. I clicked on "Asset(s)" field to add assets, I selected some assets and I associated it to ticket (see attach1)
4. Selected assets don't appear in ticket (see attach2)
Where I'm wrong?
