Hello,
So I have been using the new pmp and have noticed some issues with the AD user logins. It seems that after a short while, the user is unable to login to the program. PMP tells them that there password is invalid. This is not true however; since they have not changed their password and they do not have the caps lock on (I know because I stood there and watched). Anyways, I found out two ways of fixing the issue so far.
1. Delete the user account and re-import the account from AD
2. Go to "Forgot password?" and enter your username and email, then hit reset. After doing this you will need to close and open the browser. Then load PMP website and you are able to log back in. This option works on most users, but it happened to me the other day and I tried this trix first and it did not work. So I had to go back to option 1. (Good thing I know the admin account and pass

I'm not sure how the second one is possible since these accounts are not local but I�ve seen stranger things. Anyways, I don�t know if this is a current bug but it is kind of annoying when I have to come in at 3AM to delete and re-create a user account. Please help.
