[SDF-84347] Use 1000 Seperator (,)

All Numeric fields in Servicedesk don't have Seperator (,)

Please Use 1000 Seperator (,) on the Numeric fields.

Without commas or point between numbers, their readability is reduced, and this is a big problem..
