Hello Zoho team,

Is it possible to retrieve the history of USB drives connected to an asset? Specifically, to retrieve information such as the serial number, model, and capacity. I've noticed that the information appears when the USB drive is connected and the asset is scanned, but once the USB drive is disconnected and the asset is scanned again, the information disappears.

I have the version 15.2 Build 15240 on premise and the database is SQL

I hope you can help me with the query to create a report with that information.
