Usage of location

Hallo,
I am Elena from Italy and evaluating your sw.
Besides other issues as languages and custom reports for which I've already found information, I am having problem using the location feature.

We have different physical location with duplicated department. Is there a way to organize workstations by location 'automatically' ?
