Upgrade Path From Desktop Central 10.0.3

Could someone direct me to the link where I can download the ppm to upgrade from 10.0.3

I've tried the both the SP and the hotfix found here

the hot fix says I need 10.0.5 and the SP says I can't upgraded directly to 10.0.5
