In a few days I am planning to upgrade our adssp from 5700 to 6002, so do you have any sugestions,? 

it's better to make a tkt on support team? or can i do it by my self following the instruction on https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/service-pack.html?

Our instalation was made by default.
