Updating to 4.0.2

Is there a problem with updating Netflow Analyzer through RDP (Admin Mode) on Win2k3??

I was able to backup the DB, but then...

I can't get the updatemanager utility to pop up after running it on updatemanager.bat/.sh

It just runs and then shows the next line waiting for more input.
