Update Problem

HI, I'm currently Using version 4.1.0 but If i go to Advennet Update Manager I can see SP12 is Installed, maybe he's not installed correctly, I tried to uninstall it without success, and if i try to reinstall SP12 he sais the SP12 is already Installed.

perhaps I cannot upgrade to version 5.
