unable to log on PMP

unable to log on PMP

Hello,

Since this morning we are unable to log on PMP.
I have tried my domain username as well as the local admin : invalid username/password
Tried to stop/restart the service : same problem
Tried to log from  localhost : same problem
Tried a password reset : Same problem with new password

The service is running, and the web page is displayed correctly, but when trying to login, always endup with the same problem.

could you please let me know how to fix this issue
