Unable to deploy XP SP3

It looks like Desktop Central is downloading a different patch, even though SP3 is chosen as the service pack to deploy. We're getting a "problem downloading service pack from server" error. This is what shows up in the downloaded patch section instead of SP3.

The Remote Desktop Connection MUI Language Pack is for customers that have deployed the Windows Server 2003 Multilingual User Interface (MUI) Pack in their corporations as a way to ease administration and reduce desktop management costs in multilingual computing environments. This MUI pack displays the Remote Desktop Connection 6.0 interface in multiple languages.

I understand we could push it out as a software install, but this is the method we prefer. Please advise on a fix.
