Trying to setup (Log a Ticket) action
I am trying to setup the LOG A TICKET action from Applications Manager. I would like to use this function to log a ticket from Applications Manager into our ServiceDesk application.
After I input all of the information I receive the error...
"Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high"
Pleas assist.
