Is there a way to trigger sending "Self-service login details" to all contacts registered in SCP?

 

We are soon starting to use SCP to all customers, users are created in andvance in SCP, when we are ready to switch to SCP we would like to send link and login information to all users via the Self-service login details, is this possible ?
