Tomcat Monitor - Port 80

Hi,

I can't add Tomcat Monitor
I have two tomcat on my server. one at port 80 and another at port 8080
I successfully added monitor for tomcat running at port 8080, but in adding monitor for tomcat running at port 80 the following error occured:

Host / IP ---- Port ---- Status ---- Message
ip----------------- 80 ------ Failed ----- Service is not Running.

When I clicked Diagnose the Problem? in Service Status section, the HTML code of my default page was displayed.
